Welcome and thank you for your interest in career opportunities with Toyota Motor Manufacturing.

Established in 1912 Bodine Aluminum has a long held tradition in quality aluminum castings.  Bodine was purchased by Toyota in 1990, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America.  Since that time we have expanded from our original location in St. Louis, MO to now two plants; one in Troy, MO and the other in Jackson, TN.  We produce quality low pressure and high pressure die cast aluminum parts for Toyota vehicles.  Our vision is to be the best aluminum foundry in the world through people and systems of the highest quality in accordance with the Toyota Way.

Our highly engaged team members contribute in a wide variety of ways to continuously improve the process and make us the best foundry in the world.  We have two classifications of team members – production team members and skilled team members.  There is also a team leader position in each classification.  Each team member plays an important role in the overall success of our company.
